Where Returns Apply
All purchases made through our official Shopee and Tokopedia stores are covered by each platform’s return and refund policies. Please initiate return requests directly through your order page within the respective app.
Eligible Returns
We accept returns or replacements for:
- Damaged items during shipping
- Incorrect items received
- Defective or unusable products
To qualify, requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order, and the product must be unused and in original packaging.
Not Eligible For Return
We do not accept returns for:
- Used or opened products
- Change of mind after use
- Orders made through unofficial resellers
Refunds
If your return is approved, refunds are processed according to Shopee or Tokopedia’s standard procedures. Hydren (HYDRÉN) does not issue refunds directly outside of those platforms.
Return Process
- Go to your Shopee/Tokopedia order page
- Select the item and choose “Return/Refund”
- Upload photos (if damaged/wrong item)
- Submit your request within 7 days
